Each tour can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. Tours booked within 48 hours of the start time cannot be cancelled.

For example, if you booked a tour for May 20th, you can cancel for free from the day of booking up until May 18th. It will not be possible to cancel the booking on May 19th or May 20th.

What happens if the tour is cancelled?

If the tour is cancelled by Guide In Tour Italy, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the tour for a different date or receive a full refund of their booking.
